VIII. Manufacturing process of PRO500 armored bulletproof steel plate:
1. Welding performance: The carbon equivalent of PRO500 steel is between 0.50-0.62, indicating that this type of steel has good welding performance. The heat input during welding is about 1.5-2.5KJ/mm. High-quality welded workpieces can also be obtained by using domestic welding materials.
2. Cold bending: Follow the following points to avoid cracks during cold bending. Please call our company for consultation.
3. Relationship between inner bending radius and steel plate thickness: steel plate thickness mm: <6, bending angle <90°, pressure head radius R/steel plate thickness t, R/t: 4.0, support point spacing w/steel plate thickness t, W/t: 10.0; steel plate thickness mm: ≥6<20. Bending angle <90°, pressure head radius R/steel plate thickness t, R/t: 8.0, support point spacing w/steel plate thickness t, W/t: 12.0.
IX. Armored bulletproof steel 675
Steel grade material 30CrNi3MoV, implement GJB/31A-2000 standard, 675 armored bulletproof steel plate This standard specifies the composition, performance, use and thickness range of material 30CrNi3MoV: 45mm~80mm.
675 armored bulletproof steel smelting method: Steel should be refined by electric arc furnace plus VHD or equivalent vacuum refining outside the furnace. After consultation between the supply and demand parties and noted in the contract, other methods that can ensure the requirements of this specification can also be used for smelting.
675 armored bulletproof steel characteristics and scope of application: 675 armored bulletproof steel is developed by V microalloying on the basis of the original Cr-Ni-Mo series low-alloy ultra-high strength steel and appropriately adjusting the content of other alloying elements. 30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is a difficult-to-process material specially used for a certain weapon model. The milling performance of 30CrNi3MoV steel is poor. 30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is a new type of high-strength steel newly developed and put into use in my country. It is mainly used as a structural material for key parts of a certain major weapon model.
