The material of precision stainless steel pipes is the basis for determining their quality. 316 has the best corrosion resistance, followed by 304, while 201 material is slightly inferior to 304. They are difficult to distinguish with the naked eye, so how can we identify the material of stainless steel pipes? There are two methods, one is nitric acid point testing, the other is stainless steel testing solution, and the third is observation through sparks.

Production process

1. Polishing brightness: The brighter the brightness, the smoother the surface, and the smaller the oxidized area, the higher the corrosion resistance.

2. Welding seam: Corrosion mostly starts from the welding seam, so nitrogen protection of the welding seam can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel precision pipes.

3. Precision: Although precision is not closely related to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel welded pipes, the higher the precision, the better the process and the higher the quality.
